To ask the Scottish Executive how many residential places have been utilised for the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction since May 1999, broken down by health board area.
The comments that Alasdair Rankin just made would apply most directly to organisations such as the Royal Bank of Scotland, but FirstBus has had the experience of recruiting people directly from outside Scotland and all that goes with that.
In response, I point to the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill, which was changed considerably following a consultation exercise in which 3,000 submissions were received.
I wondered whether the committee wanted specifically to mention the Custodial Sentences and Weapons (Scotland) Bill, which was held up as a good example.
