We were also an agency that provided funding, via the Government, to critical things that were happening for children and young people. 10:00 I recognise that there may be concern for some funders about the overall picture and how they manage that.
There is definitely a cultural issue and a pressure on local authorities and headteachers. That may be because they have misunderstood the guidance, but it absolutely leads to situations where individual teachers feel dissuaded—as Stephen Kerr touched on—from reporting violent incidents and abuse.
Given that we have not seen the full return of international visitors, it seems that we are seeing that domestic visitors have more confidence. We may call it a staycation, or it may just be people not travelling very far to go to different cultural institutions.
