We also carried out fact-finding visits to the Children’s Hearing System and three secure accommodation units, including Howdenhall in Edinburgh, Kibble in Paisley and St Mary’s in Bishopbriggs, where we had an opportunity to speak to young people with experience of the youth justice system.
