Under the regulations, an applicant (or someone acting on their behalf) must submit their request for a review - in writing - within 28 days of the date of the local authority's decision letter and set out the reasons for their application.
Under this scheme they have the right to information including the date of release, and to submit statements where the offender is being considered for HDC (usually for short-term prisoners) or where the person is a long-term prisoner, to the Parole Board.

Eligibility for carer's allowance supplement
CAS is paid to people living in Scotland who receive carer’s allowance on certain qualifying dates. This year (2019/20), those dates are 15 April and 14 October.
The first two provisions outlined above would come into force 18 months from the date the Act received Royal Assent, or on an earlier date specified in Regulations made by Scottish Ministers.
