The next item discussed was the EFRA Common Frameworks programme. Officials informed Ministers that all but two of the provisional common frameworks have now been published with scrutiny currently underway in all of the legislatures, and this is expected to last into the autumn.
We will continue to work with the Scottish Government to deliver on the Education Reform Programme, including Louise Hayward’s review of qualifications and assessment, and realise the positive opportunities for change.
