Anecdotally, when I was a member of the international committee of the Law Society of England and Wales, I remember there being a flurry of activity of English lawyers getting qualified in Ireland.
That is misguided—we are not. The way to get waiting times down, and to get out of Covid and get back to focusing on the health of the population, is to get Covid down and keep it down.
