The Mental Health (National Secure Adolescent Inpatient Service: Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 [draft]
The Minister reiterated the position reflected in the Equality Impact Assessment for the instrument and the pre-screening questionnaire for a CRWIA, that the regulations do not create any new enforcement or monitoring mechanisms and as such a full CRWIA was not required.
