Delegated powers in the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill (as amended at Stage 2)
As amended at Stage 2, section 15(8)(b) now requires the Scottish Ministers to consult such persons as they consider appropriate before laying before the Scottish Parliament a draft of regulations specifying an approved substance.
