PM SCOTTISH PARLIAMENTARY STANDARDS SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND COMPLAINTS

The January 2020 revisions to the Code meant that complaints under the Code about a MSP’s treatment of a member of the Parliament’s staff or an MSP’s treatment of a member of staff of another member could now be made directly to the Commissioner.
