Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill 5 Part 1—Retained EU law Marketing standards and carcass classification 8 Marketing standards (1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision about the standards with which the following products must conform (“marketing standards”), that is products 5 which— (a) are listed in section 9A(1), and (b) are marketed in Scotland. (2) The provision that may be made under subsection (1) includes in particular provision for or about— 10 (a) technical definitions, designation and sales descriptions, (b) classification criteria such as grading into classes, weight, sizing, age and category, (c) the species, plant variety or animal breed or the commercial type, (d) presentation, labelling, packaging, rules to be applied in relation to packaging 15 centres, marking, years of harvesting and use of specific terms, (e) criteria such as appearance, consistency, conformation, product characteristics and the percentage of water content, (f) specific substances used in production, or components or constituents, including their quantitative content, purity and identification, 20 (g) the type of farming and production method, including oenological practices, (h) coupage of must and wine (including definitions of those terms), blending and restrictions on blending, (i) the frequency of collection, delivery, preservation and handling, the conservation method and temperature, storage and transport, 25 (j) the place of farming or origin, excluding poultry meat and spreadable fats, (k) restrictions as regards the use of certain substances and practices, (l...

P ART 2 D ISQUALIFICATION 5 Disqualifications relating to sexual offences and notification requirements 2A Scottish Parliament: disqualification relating to sexual offences etc. (1) The Scotland Act 1998 is modified as follows. (2) In section 15 (disqualification from membership of the Parliament)— (a) after subsection (1)(b), insert— 10 “(bza) the person is subject to— 1 (i) any relevant notification requirements, or (ii) a relevant sexual harm or risk order,”, and (b) after subsection (3), insert— “(4) In this section and in section 16— 15 “relevant notification requirements” has the same meaning as in section 31(3C) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, and “relevant sexual harm or risk order” has the same meaning as in section 31(3D) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.”. 2B Local authorities: disqualifications relating to sexual offences etc. 20 (1) The Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 is modified as follows. (2) In section 31(1) (disqualifications for nomination, election and holding office as member of local authority), after paragraph (d) insert— “(da) the person is subject to— (i) any relevant notification requirements, or 25 (ii) a relevant sexual harm or risk order,”.
