An approach for joint working was agreed with the ECYP Committee, but due to membership changes and logistical challenges, not progressed. Instead, the two committees co-ordinated their scrutiny.
We would encourage successor committees to identify opportunities for cross-committee or joint committee working.

National Performance Framework: Inquiry into proposed National Outcomes
The FPA Committee was lead Committee for the Scottish Parliament’s scrutiny of the proposed National Outcomes, which included co-ordinating other committees’ consideration of those outcomes within their remits.
