These must cover (a) the proportion of local and regional spend by the community wealth building partnership in relation to public procurement contracts, (b) the proportion of spend with small and medium sized enterprises, (c) data on new businesses established, the total number of businesses and total business output, (d) the proportion of employees paid the Real Living Wage and employers adhering to Fair Work criteria, (e) employment outcomes, including average wage, level of unemployment, and availability of skills development programmes, (f) the diversity of ownership models, including the number of businesses that are employee-owned, community-owned, municipally-owned, and co-operatives, (g) the variety of land use, (h) the proportion of community wealth building partnership pension funds invested locally and regionally, (i) the growth of local financial institutions, such as credit unions.
