To ask the Scottish Government, further to the announcement of a council tax freeze for 2024-25, whether a change to the council tax multipliers for bands E to H will be progressed for 2024-25.

The Minister for Public Health and Women's Health, the Director of Primary Care and the Chief Dental Officer for Scotland subsequently attended the Committee's meeting on 10 December 2024 to give oral evidence on the current status of NHS dental services in Scotland.
The Committee held two oral evidence sessions with stakeholders at its 23rd meeting of the Committee in 2024, on 10 September, with particular emphasis on the proposed new Care Outcome and the proposed updated Health Outcome.
