Our ambition, as I laid out earlier in my answer to Stephanie Callaghan, is to clear backlogs by March 2023. As members in the chamber will understand, the Government’s efforts are targeted in the main at those health boards with backlogs that existed prior to the pandemic and have been exacerbated by it.
