The fact is that I do not have a huge amount of case study precedence to revert to; it would have been helpful if I had had that. I do not want to pre-empt what criteria courts might look at, but, in my view, the scenario in which somebody has clearly made a false declaration would include some of the factors that I mentioned in my opening remarks.
