Motion without Notice
Good afternoon. Given the point that we reached in proceedings yesterday and that we have a number of groups of amendments to debate before we reach the next line, I am minded to accept a motion without notice to propose that, under rule 9.8.5A, the next time limit be extended by up to two hours. I invite the Minister for Parliamentary Business to move the motion.
