COVID-19 Financial Support for Adult Social Care Providers has been in place since the outset of the pandemic and was intended as time-limited financial support as services navigated and responded to COVID-19. In both 2020-21 and 2021-22, the Scottish Government provided additional funding for COVID-19 costs in full.

The Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Act 2020 (Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 [draft]
The instrument is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Act 2020.
The purpose of the instrument is to specify the day appointed for the coming into effect of the code of practice ("the Code") prepared by the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner under section 7 of the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Act 2020 (the 2020 Act), and approved by the Scottish Ministers under section 12(2)(a) of the 2020 Act.
