Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Elections Bill - Review of powers conferred on UK Ministers exercisable in devolved areas
Paragraph 156 of the UK DPM states that the power will allow the list of relevant offences to be kept up to date over time as new offences are created or existing offences are amended or repealed, and therefore to ensure that the legislation continues to work as intended.
