To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-24090 by Keith Brown on 3 June 2009, on what date it published its guidance for twinning arrangements between schools.
According to an account of 4 May 1992 of Mr Brown's speech at a May day rally:"Mr Brown called on all organisations to support a ‘persistent, determined and concerted' campaign to force the Tory Government to accept a multi-option referendum on Scotland's future."
