To ask the Scottish Executive what the definition is of a twin rig trawl for the purpose of compliance with mesh si'e regulations for fishing nets. There is at present no formal definition of a twin rig or a multi-rig trawl for the purpose of compliance with mesh size regulations for fishing nets.
