To ask the Scottish Executive what criteria were used in selecting 4 March 2002 as the date for the Glasgow housing stock transfer ballot. The selection of the ballot date is a matter for Glasgow City Council.
However, the Executive will require the operator to ensure that transferring staff have access to an actuarially equivalent pension scheme and entitlements.
Again, the agreements between riparian owners and angling clubs or riparian owners and liaison committees should be made legal and binding, and transferable on the sale of the property.
