Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for attending. I thought it appropriate to allow a few extra minutes at the start, as there were some people at the door downstairs. If members wished to take a moment to speak to them, they will have had that moment.

Apologies have been received from Cathy Peattie, who will not be joining us—I am told that she is ill. Other than that, we have a nearly full turnout.
