Draft Climate Change Plan 18 December 2023

There is a global climate emergency and in 2019 Parliament passed, with near unanimous support, ambitious new climate change legislation that requires Scotland to reach net zero emissions by 2045 at the latest, and to reduce emissions by 75% by 2030.
