I will now turn to the marshalled list.Section 1—How a member becomes subject to a recall petition process Amendment 1, in the name of Graham Simpson, is grouped with amendments 2 to 5, 10 to 16, 18, 20 to 24, 26, 27, 30 to 51, 53 to 56, 59 to 68, 70 and 79 to 83.
Disabled people are already affected by the cuts, and large parts of the cuts are still to happen. The migration or transfer from DLA to PIP is still to happen.
The areas in which the funding is specified form a relatively small proportion of the overall health budget.The level 4 detail is quite interesting, when you start looking at specific budgets, for how often it is possible to see that money has been transferred to health board responsibilities, which presumably means that that is part of their uplift.
