Fuel Poverty
The Committee also lead in scrutiny of the Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill. The Bill, introduced on 26 June 2018, sets a target that no more than 5 per cent of households should be living in fuel poverty by 2040.
