Scottish Commission on Social Security The Social Security Crossborder Provision Case Transfer and

Part One consists of the ‘required data’ of name and date of birth that cross-border movers will have to submit to Social Security Scotland within 26 weeks of moving to Scotland. However, the draft Regulations allow some cross-border movers longer than 26 weeks to complete their application.
