We set the grants for additional properties at 75 per cent of the level of the grants down south, so that, instead of getting £10,000 for a second or third property, the business would get £7,500, and, instead of £25,000, it would get £18,750.
As such we intend to correct this as soon as possible.
6. Whilst a new schedule 6 of the 2009 Regulations replaces the existing one, most entries are not new additions.
I know that there have been discussions about that not being until early February. We have to get our council tax bills out at the start of March at the very latest, so the timing of the Scottish budget has a real impact.
Residents in these institutional sites get a mere £1.26 per day in the ex-hotels (if full board catered) and, as with those persons in residential-type accommodation, in the one self-catering institutional site receive £7 per day.
Until you do that, however, expect a robust challenge from civil society to ensure that you get it right. I will take youse for a gin when you do get it right.
