Written Submissions

1 February 2018: The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and Registers of Scotland.
The Cabinet Secretary responded on 3 October 2017, the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body responded on 26 October 2017. The Committee's report was debated in the Chamber on 4 October 2017.
Amendments 1182 and 1188 broaden the duty to include that a tenant may be offered an allotment on the same allotment site, as well as an alternative site, so that if only part of a site is disposed of, the tenant may be offered an alternative allotment on the same site.
If we compare that with the 13 per cent figure, we are certainly improving the situation for the future. I am not saying that we are happy with a figure of 26 per cent.
The First Ministers announced on 18 June that zoos and gardens will be able to re-open their outdoor spaces to the public from 29 June, for local visitors only. S5W-29971
