Holyrood Committee welcome commitment to increased culture funding but call for more clarity and greater certainty to be provided following UK Spending Review

It also welcomes the intended minimum £25 million increase in culture funding for 2025-26. The Committee say the recent temporary closure of the Open Fund for Individuals was unhelpful given the urgent need to restore confidence in the culture sector.
