(S5O-02245) NHS Ayrshire and Arran’s latest published gender pay gap information shows a male-to-female pay gap of 2.84 per cent for NHS agenda for change staff overall and 4.63 per cent within the consultant cohort.

In his remarks, the minister said that he wanted to make things as straightforward as possible for people. Abolishing section 26 of the 1987 act makes that straightforward.
