As I said, COSLA has been calling for an agreed baseline for local government, so that we can measure properly and see whether the new commitments are fully funded. How have you been getting on with those calls for a baseline budget?
It will be different to the other plans that we are setting out and will chart a vision for the cluster to 2045. I was pleased to be able to visit Grangemouth recently. We may get on to discussing that, because I know that the committee also visited there.

However, a lot of people do not have that choice, and will continue to use our trains in order to get to work, and to visit people—although that will be minimised.
