To ask the Scottish Government whether it has conducted a climate impact assessment of its Infrastructure Investment Plan for the period 2021-26, and, if so, when the assessment will be published.
The Law Society said that the details of section 26 differed in a number of respects from the Commission’s draft Bill and sought clarification of the underlying rationale for this.
Regrettably, having heard so many ambitious plans from the SNP Government that have sunk without a trace, I see little to give me confidence that this latest takeover will result in anything different.
Drug-related Harm To ask the First Minister what progress the Scottish Government has made in reducing drug-related harm, in light of the latest quarterly statistics showing a 17 per cent increase in suspected drug deaths.
