The minister confirmed that 147 children have been identified for clinical review, that 26 children had a missed diagnosis and that 31 had been recalled.
I did not realise that I had only 11 minutes; I thought that I had 13. Perhaps I can take the member’s point later; I do hope so. The majority of people who die as the result of an overdose will previously have been treated in our national health service for a near-fatal overdose.
Targets would certainly help. Picking up Vikki Manson’s point, and going back to my earlier point, I would just say that, before Covid, we were well on track to having 30,000 apprenticeship starts every year.
