Review of the Act 5 15B Initial review (1) Scottish Ministers must, no later than 3 years after section 2 of this Act has come into force, initiate a review of the operation of the Act. (2) The review under subsection (1) must consider, in particular— (a) whether the Registrar General for Scotland has been able to carry out the functions 10 specified in the Act effectively, 1 (b) how many people have obtained gender recognition certificates, (c) the operation of section 22 of the 2004 Act in light of changes made by this Act considering, in particular, whether further exceptions...
