Countering suggestions that deregulation was likely post-Brexit the Chief Executive of Scotland Food and Drink said:
There are some who think coming out of the EU will be the catalyst for the unwinding of a huge amount of regulation.
I have fought with the council over many years, but Edinburgh is building a new concert hall and it is building a new film festival venue for the Centre for the Moving Image.
As was the case with the previous Bill, the legislative consent of the Scottish Parliament is needed for provisions within the new Bill which relate to devolved matters.
My goodness—was I shocked when I visited some of the new fish farms. They are sophisticated pieces of technical infrastructure in which the majority of the fishes’ development is done on land and only the last part is done in the sea.
