I am delighted to report, following a question in the chamber a week or two ago, that one of the measures that the bill includes will replace the hydro benefit subsidy, which is about to be withdrawn, with a new subsidy. That will ensure that customers in the north of Scotland are not unreasonably disadvantaged by that change.

The decision of that inquiry has still to be announced.The Executive has made it clear that it is not aware of there being concerns throughout Scotland about the location of new crematoria.
