I welcome everyone to the fourth meeting this year of the Public Petitions Committee. I have received apologies from Winnie Ewing, who cannot be here, but I welcome Irene McGugan, who is here as her substitute. I also welcome Christine Grahame, Mary Scanlon, Jamie McGrigor and Duncan Hamilton, who are here to speak on various petitions before us this morning. I ask everyone to turn off telephones and buzzers.
