In terms of organisation and delivery of care, it is for all NHS boards and their care partners to consider what provision best suits the assessed needs of their area.
Are there too many bodies doing too many different things, perhaps not always with the best co-ordination?In particular, what role does the Crown Estate play, other than being—to use a marine metaphor—a parasite on the salmon farming industry?
