Perhaps I can pick up on your final point. You suggest that victims of certain crimes, such as sexual assault and rape, suffer as a result of the fixed-fees system.
I am not jumping to conclusions; all I know is that it is a gey expensive hiatus if we wait until the other reports are available. I take that point, but I want to repeat my earlier point.
