Having taken receipt of the papers and seen the proposal in black and white, I would point out that a great deal of this work is already being conducted. There is a new impetus now, and freshly-led research is going ahead.
If the wind farm were to get the go-ahead, would the company not be obliged to buy wind turbines from other countries because the facility does not exist in the UK?
However, I would have thought that the reason why we should ask that the decision be made by mid-March at the latest would be to allow parliamentary scrutiny.
Public Authority dwellings include all dwellings owned by local authorities, Scottish Homes and New Towns (when in existence). Scottish Homes stopped building dwellings in 1992, and all New Towns were wound up by the end of 1995.

As Phil Gallie said, young people may want to prove their age to retailers to show that they are old enough to buy alcohol, to gain entry to discos or other entertainment facilities or to buy tobacco products.
