Her response is as follows: With the exception of 2 prison cells at HMP Open Estate, Castle Huntly, all other cells across the SPS estate have access to natural light.

CFL will open up all routes for the whole summer timetable period by Friday 20 January – with the exception of Mallaig-Armadale, Mallaig-Small Isles and Mallaig-Lochboisdale, (which will open by 31 January).

To ask the Scottish Government whether Scottish Enterprise has undertaken an equalities impact assessment to inform its reported proposal to close all its office locations except those in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen.
These statistics show that the value of Scotland's international exports was 11.5% lower in calendar year 2021 compared to calendar year 2019, at £31.3 billion (excluding oil and gas).
These included the National Autistic Society Scotland in Glasgow, Enable and Dovetail Enterprises in Dundee, and the Giraffe Kitchen and PUSH Reuse Centre in Perth.
During these visits, members met with individuals using these services, and the staff providing them.
The Committee launched its call for written views during a visit to Orkney in June where it heard the views of the council and local representatives of the tourism industry.
