I welcome everyone to the committee, which in a way is a completely new committee. Although the Finance Committee has been in existence for many years, none of us has been on it previously.
We will continue the petition and try to get some more responses. Nigel Don has identified at least two nuances within the debate on which it would be helpful to hear the views of the Government and other agencies.

It is not yet possible to say when a new junction will be completed as this is dependent on many factors which will be determined as the project progresses.
To ask the Scottish Government how it will finance the new Clydebank Health Centre; when the project will (a) start and (b) be completed, and how much public sector capital will be involved.

The franchise will be of ten years duration with a break point exercisable on the fifth anniversary of its commencement. The new franchise will commence on 1 April 2015.
To ask the Scottish Government how many GP practices in each NHS board have patient lists that are closed to new registrations. I refer the member to the answer to question S4W-20023, on 13 March 2014.
