Good morning, everyone. I will pick up on the point about complaints. Our complaints policy is fully accessible from our website and it is consistent with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman’s model approach.
The local people want to show the best of Orkney, but they also want the people who go there to show the best of themselves and to respect the communities that they visit.
