Since 1 April 2011, the Care Inspectorate logged 992 new complaints. As of 31 October 2011, 907 complaint investigations had been completed, of which 242 were upheld, 412 were partially upheld, 252 were not upheld and one was withdrawn.

To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it made to the European Commission regarding its consultation on a new fund to replace the air route development fund cancelled in 2007 and what response it received.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether any new legislation is planned to ensure that Scotland is fully compatible with the proposed European Commission directive which aims to improve the protection of European Union citizens who are victims of crime.
The Scottish Government is committed to the introduction of a new funding floor to ensure that no local authority receives less than 85 per cent of the Scottish average in terms of revenue support.
