Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

To ask the Scottish Government, with regard to the use and sale of fireworks, what consideration it has given to (a) introducing mandatory conditions of purchase, (b) introducing a licensing system including measures which restrict usage to licensed events only and (c) establishing "no fireworks zones."
