That the Parliament congratulates Luss Estates on being accredited as a Living Wage Employer; recognises that the company will ensure that everyone employed by it receives a decent wage; acknowledges that there is a talented and diverse workforce that operates across hospitality, retail, green energy generation, forestry, farming, landscape and property maintenance, and further recognises that gaining this status adds value to its operations and will help its employees to meet rising costs during the cost of living crisis.
