That the Parliament congratulates Balerno Village Gardeners on receiving an outstanding commendation by the Keep Scotland Beautiful initiative, It’s Your Neighbourhood, in recognition of the group's work in Main Street, Malleny Garden and elsewhere around the village; understands that the volunteer community gardeners are endeavouring to improve the landscape of Balerno by planting and maintaining areas in the village and encouraging other to do likewise, and wishes the group continued success with its activities.
