That the Parliament notes with grave concern the reported political unrest currently unfolding in Sudan; commemorates the 11 Sudanese citizens who are reportedly confirmed to have died at the hands of military and paramilitary forces for merely exercising their right to protest, and acknowledges what it sees as the hard work of the Sudanese Uprising Support Group in raising awareness of the reported Sudanese political coup, and in their continued struggle for what it considers a genuine democratic transformation in Sudan.
