East and West Dunbartonshire Councils Help with the Resettlement of Afghan Refugees

That the Parliament notes the decisions of East and West Dunbartonshire councils to support the resettlement of Afghan refugees, and believes that, by agreeing to participate in the Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy Scheme and the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme, this will help people who are fleeing tyranny, persecution or even death by providing them with a safe place to call home and in which to prosper.
