Belhelvie Community Trust Receives £8,000

That the Parliament congratulates Belhelvie Community Trust on receiving a grant of £8,000 from the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland fund; understands that the group will use the funds to install a double accessible swing as part of the playground at the Sand Bothy on Balmedie Beach; notes that this is the latest success for the Trust, which continues to improve facilities and amenities available for visitors at the Sand Bothy; commends the work of the group to make one of Aberdeenshire’s best beaches more accessible to users, and wishes the group well.
